Although I think waterboarding is barbaric and beneath any American, I'd hope that those who think it's necessary would at least feel remorseful about that. But not Bill O'Reilly! He sounds positively uplifted at the news from Rep. Peter King, Chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, that it was used as part of the process that led U.S. forces to Bin Laden.
