2009-08-13 22:30:34 Jail for Praying Story Has Fox News Lies? |
The Fox News story about a principal at a Florida public high school facing jail time for praying at a school event was not only misleadingly reported by Steve Doocy on "Fox and Friends," but, given Megyn Kelly's report on "The O'Reilly Factor" the night before, there's strong evidence that Fox News was knowingly dishonest as I show in this video.
The two clips of Steve Doocy from "Fox and Friends" in my video come from the program broadcast on Fox News on August 12, 2009
The two clips of Megyn Kelly from "The O'Reilly Factor" in my video come from the program broadcast on Fox News on August 11, 2009.
The collective knowledge doctrine quotation in my video comes from United States v. Bank of New England, N.A., 821 F.2d 844 (1st Cir. 1987) quoting United States v.
